Client Onboarding Specialist, DocCafe

Job Description

The Client Onboarding Specialist (COS) is responsible for training and supporting new clients, guiding them through platform use, and conducting kick-off calls and site orientations. This role ensures clients can effectively post jobs, manage users, and maximize their outcomes on the platform. The COS works closely with the Client Account Manager to identify and address initial account issues and communicates potential opportunities for enhanced client success. The (COS) position is part of Aya Healthcare, specifically supporting our subsidiary company, DocCafe, to provide dedicated onboarding and support for its clients.

We are a growing, technology-based company and we are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist (COS) to help support our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for new clients, guiding them on how to effectively use the platform and its features
  • Lead initial kick-off calls and provide a comprehensive site orientation to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Assist clients in selecting the optimal methods for job postings and demonstrate user management, including adding team members to the platform
  • Maintain ongoing client engagement by offering guidance on platform use and best practices for achieving desired outcomes
  • Communicate opportunities for enhanced results, such as recommending add-on purchases or suggesting ways to increase client activity on the platform
  • Collaborate closely with the Client Account Manager to ensure seamless account transitions and client satisfaction
  • Proactively identify and address any initial issues within client accounts, escalating to the Client Account Manager when necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales or client facing role
  • Experience in new client training is preferred
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, Outlook and CRM software
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $33.65 hourly, which equates to $70,000 annually, plus bonuses.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
