Join Scripps Health as Education Program Manager (EPM) with our Center for Leaning and Innovation. Under the oversight of the Learning Manager, and in collaboration with Center for Learning and Innovation team, you will identify gaps, create curriculum, and deliver training at a system level for assigned service line.

The Education Program Manager will:

* Partner with CFLI team and system wide stakeholders to ensure delivery of effective strategic and operational educational experiences.

* Serve as liaison with facilities and works proactively with leadership to identify needed learning interventions and implement training for quality outcomes.

* Be responsible for ensuring system focus on variation reduction and consistent application of learning principles and processes.

* Facilitate compliance with state, federal, Joint Commission and other regulations related to learning as applicable.

* Follow standard work to generate system wide learning content and designs processes to support learning in classroom, online and other settings.

* Deploy and/or deliver training at a system level for assigned service areas. Provides operational support for program activities including planning, organizing, and implementing educational experiences.

* Provide functional expertise for defined areas of learning or learning processes for assigned areas (such as LMS functionality or CE credit process.)

* Provide project support and oversight for complex, large scale learning initiatives such as annual mandatory training or skills validation.

* May assesses staff competency needed to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:

* Bachelor's degree

* Good critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Good organizational and project management skills.

* Knowledge of the operations and functions of technical applications.

* Advanced knowledge of MS Office products.

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:

* Healthcare background.

* Experience in managing or coordinating projects.

* Experience using Learning Management Systems.

* Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools.

* Three years related experience working in education.

* Knowledge of adult learning theory and practice.
