Marketing Operations Manager

Job Description

Location: Candidates must be local to San Diego, CA for 2 days/week on-site
Contract Length: 12 months, extension or full-time conversion possible with budget approval
Rate: 55.00/hour
Support Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Claravine: Assist with management of project plans, adhere to timelines and deliverables. Attend and participate in Adobe CJA and Claravine meetings, assisting with communication between internal teams, consulting agency, Adobe rep support and Claravine rep support. Work with the GTM-Tech team on data acquisition and transformation needs Submit, track, and align DAT requests with project goals. Provide technical support and validate data accuracy in Adobe CJA and Claravine. Develop and maintain a Confluence portal for Adobe CJA and Claravine support. Ensure user-friendly content organization and regular updates including gathering and curating content from internal teams.

* Documented leadership experience
* Strong documentation and communication skills, ideally with a technical background
* Adobe CJA preferred or Adobe Analytics experience with instrumentation and utilization support
* Claravine experience or strong marketing analytics tracking instrumentation product management experience
* Digital marketing-related technical product management experience is a plus
Skills:
5-7 years of experience in marketing and managing marketing technologies Demonstrated technical ownership, responsibility, and initiative driven background Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Claravine. Proficiency in Adobe Analytics with instrumentation, and implementation experience Technical skills to understand data marts, schemas, and data properties Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented with operational rigor and the ability to see the big picture Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred; LeanIX (CityPlan) experience a plus Strong quality control mindset with the ability to identify and troubleshoot data issues.
