Your Role

The Strategic Planning and Performance team supports the Core and Small Group Sales organization that manages all group business up to 2,999 members. The Program Coordinator, Experienced - Growth will report to the Director of the Strategic Planning and Performance team. In this role you will work cross functionally to develop and drive business solutions and advocate for Core and Small Group across the enterprise. The Program Coordinator, Experienced - Growth will identify and lead projects to implement strategic goals established in partnership with Senior Leaders.

Your Work

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for strategic alignment and integration across projects/programs, from initiation through delivery, in support of business unit process and administrative efficiency
  • Define projects required to support programs and partners to ensure their implementation on time, within budget and with benefits realized
  • Participate cross-functionally in business planning to support business unit strategy
  • Be responsible for large/complex projects/programs
  • Exercise independent judgement in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results
  • Support coordination of operational processes and projects (design, develop, implement) in support of Sales and Account Management teams
  • Analyze and interpret complex data in support of cross-functional business operations, comparing actual results against plan
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison in solutioning, while identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Develop collaborative relationships between Line of Business teams and engage with business partners such as Sales Operations, Marketing, Digital, and IT in support of growth and retention activities
  • Use creative and critical thinking to recommend and solve for opportunities and issues around health plan of the future and client experiences

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Technically proficient in tools to develop compelling content and presentations for a diverse audience
  • Must be proficient in Office 365 products
  • Intermediate to advanced Project Management skills

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is: $ 71280.00 to $ 99770.00 for California.

Please note that this range represents the pay range for this and many other positions at Blue Shield that fall into this pay grade. Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.
