NOTE: This is a two-year, term limited position with potential for extension based on availability of work and continued funding.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Associate Director of Organizational Learning, the DEI Training Specialist Senior conducts DEI educational programs in university units to support each unit's DEI Strategic Plan goals. The DEI Training Specialist Senior works with the unit DEI Implementation Lead to clarify training goals and coordinate the training session implementation. The DEI Training Specialist Senior designs and facilitates interventions concentrating on the enhancement of DEI knowledge to support a workplace culture that is inclusive, equitable and exemplifies our core organizational values.
